Work On Accounts That Actually Matter

We're a small, senior Google Ads team. No layers, no account-manager telephone game, no 40-client rosters. If you like being genuinely responsible for the work, this is that kind of shop.

Why Here

What's Different About This One

Most agency jobs are a treadmill — more accounts, less time, someone senior signing off on work they never looked at. We built this the other way round.

One channel, done properly

Google Ads only. No Meta, no SEO, no "can you also do the newsletter". You get to go deep on one thing until you're genuinely excellent at it.

A roster you can actually hold

A handful of accounts, not twenty. You'll know every campaign in them by name, and you'll have the hours to do the work properly instead of firefighting.

Direct line to the founder

Shivam is in the accounts daily. Questions get answered the same day, decisions get made in one message, and good ideas don't die in a committee.

Paid properly, in your currency

We hire globally and pay against the value of the work, not your postcode. We talk numbers openly on the first call — no "competitive" nonsense.

Async by default

Two fixed calls a week, everything else written. Work when your head is clearest — we care about the accounts, not your Slack green dot.

Honesty is the house style

We tell clients the truth even when it costs us the retainer. Same internally — if something isn't working, we say it early and fix it.

Open Roles

Who We're Looking For

We hire slowly and rarely. When a role is open it's because there's real work waiting, not because we're building headcount.

Senior Google Ads Strategist

Open Remote Full-time

You'd own a small roster of e-commerce accounts end to end — strategy, build, optimisation and the client relationship. This is a hands-on-keys role, not an oversight role. You'll be in the accounts every day and you'll be the person the client trusts.

What you'll do

  • Own 4–6 D2C accounts across Search, Shopping, PMax and Demand Gen
  • Audit and rebuild account structures, not just tweak bids
  • Run feed strategy with Merchant Center — titles, custom labels, hygiene
  • Set and defend targets against contribution margin, not vanity ROAS
  • Write the monthly client narrative — what changed, why, what's next

What you'll need

  • 3+ years managing e-commerce Google Ads accounts at $30k+/mo spend
  • Fluency with Merchant Center, feeds and Shopping structure
  • Comfort with GA4, attribution windows and where each model lies to you
  • The ability to write clearly — most of our communication is written
  • Opinions you can defend with numbers, and the humility to change them

Google Ads Specialist (Mid-Level)

Open Remote Full-time

Execution-focused, supporting the strategists across the roster. This is the role where you get genuinely good — you'll see more account structures in a year here than in three years somewhere that hands you one client and forgets about you.

What you'll do

  • Build campaigns, ad groups and RSAs to spec, cleanly and fast
  • Run weekly search term reviews and maintain negative architecture
  • Fix feed disapprovals and keep Merchant Center healthy
  • Pull and sanity-check performance data before it reaches a client
  • Own the QA checklist so nothing ships broken

What you'll need

  • 1–3 years hands-on in Google Ads, e-commerce preferred
  • Genuinely careful — you re-read before you hit publish
  • Spreadsheet-comfortable; scripts or Editor experience is a bonus
  • You ask when you're unsure instead of guessing quietly

Creative Strategist — Demand Gen & YouTube

Opening soon Remote Contract → Full-time Rate by portfolio

Creative is the biggest lever left in Demand Gen and YouTube, and most agencies treat it as an afterthought. We want someone who thinks in hooks and angles and can ship a testing cadence that never stalls.

What you'll do

  • Build the concept pipeline — angles, hooks, scripts, static and video
  • Run a fortnightly testing cadence across the roster
  • Read performance data and turn it into the next round of concepts
  • Brief and direct editors; own the output, not just the idea

What you'll need

  • A portfolio of D2C creative that has actually spent money
  • Comfort reading platform data and killing your own favourites
  • Speed — a good concept shipped this week beats a perfect one next month
Register Interest Send a portfolio link — that's the whole first round.

None of these quite you? Apply anyway. We've created roles for the right person more than once — tell us what you're unusually good at and what you'd want to own, and we'll be straight with you about whether there's a fit right now.

The Process

Three Steps. No Ghosting.

Every applicant gets an answer either way, usually within a week. We've all been on the other side of the silence.

A real account problem

A short paid exercise on an anonymised account — the kind of problem you'd face in month one. It takes about two hours and we pay for your time, because free spec work is a tax on people who can't afford it.

A conversation, then an offer

One call with Shivam to talk through your exercise and what you'd want from the role. If it's a yes on both sides, you get the offer in writing the same week.

Questions

Before You Apply

No. We're async-first and hire globally. There are two fixed calls a week — we'll find a slot that isn't unreasonable for you. Most of our clients are US, UK and AU, so a few hours of overlap with one of those helps but isn't a hard requirement.

Most people start on a contractor agreement because we hire across borders. Where we can employ properly in your country, we will. Either way the terms, notice period and pay are written down before you start.

Rarely, but it has happened. If you've run real spend — your own store, a friend's brand, freelance clients — that counts. Show us an account you've worked on and what you changed. Certifications on their own don't tell us much.

An anonymised account with a real problem in it — usually a structure or a search-term issue. You tell us what you'd change and why. We're reading for your thinking and how clearly you write it up, not for a specific "right" answer.

Application to offer is usually two to three weeks. If we're slower than that, it's because we're between client onboardings — we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Tell Us What You'd Own

No cover letter theatre. Answer the questions honestly, link something you've actually done, and we'll read it properly.

  • Every application gets a reply within five working days
  • The skills exercise is paid — always
  • Pay is discussed openly on the first call, not "competitive"
  • You'll speak to the founder, not a recruiter
